What we collect

When you use the contact form or message us, we collect the details you send — your name, email address, how you heard about us, and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage your project. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form, and, if we work together, the contract between us.

Who else handles it

We do not share your details with anyone else. Our providers process them on our behalf: Automattic Inc. (website hosting on WordPress.com, Akismet spam filtering of the contact form and WordPress.com Stats visit statistics) and our email provider. Some of this processing takes place in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, or under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Visit statistics

We use WordPress.com Stats for aggregate visit statistics, such as the most viewed pages. It does not set cookies in your browser. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising or remarketing.

Storage and your rights

Your details are stored in our website systems and kept only as long as needed. Under the UK and EU GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time — email info@studioharbour.com.
